Weigh-To-Go – Trying to shake off those extra pounds? Through professional counseling by a Registered Dietitian, the Weigh-To-Go program can help you change your eating habits, leading to gradual and permanent weight loss and reducing your risk of developing many heart diseases. This effective 8-week program will be starting May 4th, 6-7pm! Registration is $50 for the eight week program. Call 866-974-7979 to register.
Look Good…Feel Better – Certified professional cosmetologists volunteer their skills and time to help patients undergoing treatment for cancer to enhance their appearance. Patients learn how to use make-up, wigs and other accessories to regain their self-image and confidence during a time when their looks may change somewhat, due to treatment. Alcoholics Anonymous – A 12-Step self-help group for those with an addiction to alcohol. Meets every Friday from 7:30-8:30 pm in the Cafeteria at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. No need to register, just show up.
Bereavement Support Group – Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital offers an open bereavement support group for adults who have experienced the death of a loved one. The support group provides a forum for participants to obtain support and share experiences with others who are also in the grieving process. The support group is held on the first Tuesday of the month on the second floor of 130 Quincy Ave. (behind the hospital) from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. This group meets until we begin the next 8-week structured support group on June 1st. If interested in either group, please call OneCall to register at 866-974-7979.
Narcotics Anonymous – A self-help group for individuals with drug addictions. Meets every Sunday from 10:00 – 11:30 am in Assembly Room at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Registration not required to attend.
Prostate Cancer Support Group – A group designed to provide caring support and increase knowledge and awareness of prostate cancer. Addresses questions and concerns in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Meets on the third Wednesday of every month (except July & August) at 6:30 pm in the Assembly Room. No pre-registration is required.

Childbirth and Parenting Workshop – A workshop for parents expecting to deliver at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Pre-registration and a $15.00 fee and is required to attend. Call OneCall at 866-974-7979 for information about future classes and to register.
Infant Massage Class – A great way to bond with your infant! Join Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital’s Certified Infant Massage Instructor for a special 2-session series on the fundamentals of Infant Massage. Massage is a natural way to lessen your child’s discomfort from colic, constipation and gas. Sessions offered monthly. $15 fee covers the cost of class and materials. Call 866-974-7979 to register.
Breastfeeding Program - Trying to decide whether or not to breastfeed? Finding it difficult to transition back to work while breastfeeding your child? Want to interact with other new moms? If your answer is “Yes” to any of these questions, then Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital can help! Our comprehensive breastfeeding program, led by a certified lactation consultant, is designed to help women address common breastfeeding questions and concerns. Our next class will meet on February 27 from 12-2pm. Pre-registration and a $15 fee are required to attend. Call 866-974-7979 for more information.
Breastfeeding Support Group - Led by a certified lactation consultant, Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital’s Breastfeeding Support Group meets every Wednesday and Friday from 1:00-2:00 pm and offers mother-to-mother support for breastfeeding moms. Refresher Childbirth and VBAC Class – For experienced parents as well as for mothers who are planning to have a vaginal birth after a previous Cesarean section. $15.00 fee and pre-registration is required. Call OneCall at 866-974-7979 for more information.
Sibling Preparation Class – The arrival of a new baby can be both joyous and stressful to young children. This class can help children prepare for the transition. $10.00 for one child/$15.00 per family. Pre-registration is required. Offered monthly. Call 866-974-7979 to register.
