Brockton Hospital School of Nursing (BHSN), a private co-educational institution of higher education, is an integral part of Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital. Originally established in 1897, BHSN has a prestigious reputation in nursing education, and remains the only hospital-based nursing school in the state of Massachusetts. BHSN has graduated over 2000 nurses, mainly from southeastern Massachusetts.  We are located 20 miles south of Boston in Brockton, MA.

BHSN has a collegiate affiliation with Fisher College to conduct a cooperative two year day and four year weekend/evening nursing program. The program awards students a diploma in nursing from BHSN and an Associate in Science degree from Fisher College. Graduates are eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for registered nurses.  In 2008, 95% of our graduates passed the examination on the first attempt.
