Brockton, MA – In observation of National Nutrition Month, Signature Healthcare is presenting “Junk Food: What is it? Why is it bad? What else can I eat?”

The presentation will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 from 7-8 pm in the Assembly Room at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre Street, Brockton.

Presenter Sandy Ambrose, RD, CDE, Clinical Outpatient Dietitian, will present the risks of high fat, high sugar, high sodium snack and fast foods, and offers healthy options and suggestions on how to incorporate healthier choices into your lifestyle.
