Your ankle is sprained, but today is Saturday, and the thought of waiting in an emergency room seems daunting. You think you may have a urinary tract infection, but it’s after business hours and your physician’s office is closed. Signature Healthcare has relief for you.

All Signature Healthcare patients are welcome to utilize our Urgent Care services at 110 Liberty Street in Brockton. These services are available on evenings, weekends and major holidays, and are for those times when your situation may not require a visit to the Emergency Room, but is serious enough to have a same day appointment. Simply call (508)894-0400 to speak with our Urgent Care team prior to coming down to our offices. Together, you will decide if you are a candidate for Urgent Care or need to go to the nearest emergency room.

Typical ailments that would warrant a trip to urgent care include: abdominal pain, fever, flu- symptoms, headaches, intravenous antibiotics, minor injuries such as muscle strains and sprains or suture and staple removal, sore throat, or women’s health issues. Our service is not a walk-in clinic – a same day appointment will be scheduled at our 110 Liberty Street, Brockton location. 

Urgent Care offers expert and accessible services, supported by full lab and imaging, including MRI, CT scan, and EKG. All of our providers are using electronic medical records and have access to your health information, ensuring you will be treated by someone who knows your medical history, current medications, and any allergies you may have.
