Whether you need a routine physical, or treatment of acute or chronic medical problems, having a primary care provider at SMG will provide you the best care possible. We deliver caring, compassionate, and coordinated comprehensive medical treatment. We partner with our multiple specialists here at SMG, and if needed, we have close relationships with multiple tertiary care centers in Boston. There are two walk in urgent care centers as part of our organization that provide same day care, quickly, and on your timeline, for more acute, but not emergent conditions. With a choice of male or female providers at offices in seven communities, you can have a primary care provider who fits your needs.
