During the Covid-19 pandemic, Signature Healthcare is dedicated to following Federal and State Government recommendations to help reduce the spread of infectious disease. Our staff and providers are adhering to the social distancing mandates and we are committed to looking for new and innovative ways to provide the best care possible especially during this difficult time.

We are pleased to announce Signature Healthcare will now offer TeleHealth telephone visits and virtual office visits as a part of our healthcare services.  Our providers are now trained to conduct virtual visits via SMART Phone or computer.  We will also offer telephonic visits for anyone without the technology. 

No special equipment is needed to access TeleHealth. The system is patient friendly using a SMART phone or laptop or tablet with a camera. We can text or e-mail our patients a link and give them an appointment time. The patient then clicks on the link, agrees to the consent form, and will be connected with their doctor for a virtual visit.

This change will not only benefit patients through social distancing, but will also benefit those who find it difficult to travel to and from medical appointments.

To make a virtual appointment with your doctor, call your doctor’s main office number. Your doctor will decide if you or your child meet the criteria to be seen via TeleHealth appointment. If you already have a future appointment, the office will be contacting you to see if you would like to have a Teleheath appointment.  Contact your providers office for questions or to schedule an appointment.
