In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. ss 2000d et seq.), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. ss 794), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended (20 U.S.C. ss 1681), The Americans With Disabilities Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1991 and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended (42 U.S.C. ss 6101 et seq.), to the extent that they may be applicable, Brockton Hospital School of Nursing does not, on the basis of race, ethnicity, sex, gender identification, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability or age, discriminate in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance or in its granting of scholarships or other financial aid. The person whose name appears below has been designated to coordinate the efforts of the School to comply with the U. S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations lawfully and validly implementing these Federal laws.
