When will I receive my bill?

Bills are posted on the SonisWeb student portal approximately two months before the start of the fall and spring semesters, and approximately one month before the summer semester. All students will be notified via e-mail when the statement is posted to their account.

How can payments be made?

Payments can be made by debit or credit card either in person or over the phone with the Bursar’s office at 508-941-7047 weekdays before 3:00 p.m. Students may also pay online via PayPal through SonisWeb at any time. Checks may be mailed to BHSON or dropped off at the Bursar’s office. Please be sure to include the student’s name and student ID number on all checks. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.

Can anyone receive information on my bill?

All statements are posted to your student account on SonisWeb. We do not mail statements.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects a student’s confidentiality with regard to their records at BHSON, including financial information. BHSON requires a student’s express consent to release financial information to anyone other than the student. This includes parents and third-party payers. Students are encouraged to complete a FERPA waiver (permission to disclose), which will allow us to discuss your bill with the parties you authorize.

A student is able to designate the person(s) to whom they give permission to discuss their bill.

Why isn’t my financial aid award on my bill?

If your financial aid awards are not listed on your bill, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 508-941-7052.

The phone lines are busy, what can I do?

The Bursar’s Office experiences peak call volume when payments are due. You are encouraged to call ahead of the due date with your debit/credit card information, which will be processed on the due date. You can also e-mail a copy of the debit/credit card authorization to the Bursar’s Office at dlist@signature-healthcare.org or fax a copy to 508-941-6448. Please be sure to include the student's name and ID number on the form.
