A fundamental principle of student financial aid is that students and their families have the primary responsibility for financing the cost of higher education. Student financial assistance programs are designed to help defray those costs, which remain after the resources of the student, and the student’s family has been taken into consideration.
Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital School of Nursing offers a number of financial aid programs to help students with their educational needs. Financial Aid is awarded on a needs basis and on the availability of financial aid resources. No student should be discouraged from attending BHSON due to limited financial resources.
To be eligible for financial aid, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
A new FAFSA is required for each academic year.
Please be sure to select the appropriate academic year when completing the FAFSA.
For students completing the FASFA for the academic year starting Fall 2022, please select Academic Year 2022-2023. The Financial Aid deadline for Academic Year 2022-2023 is May 1, 2022. You can still apply after that deadline for Federal Financial Aid only.
