Cardiac Nutrition

Healthy Eating

The Signature Cardiac Rehabilitation Nutrition Program assists patients in implementing dietary changes to further reduce saturated fat and cholesterol in their daily eating. Topics over six classes range from dining out to label reading to weight control and recipe modification. Classes are held at 130 Quincy Avenue, Brockton.

While this program is open only to patients (and family members) enrolled in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, nutrition counseling at the Signature Nutrition Clinic is available to all age
groups. Services include a one hour initial consultation, half-hour follow-up visits and ten-minute weight checks; interpreters are also available.
